Our Cancellation Policy | No shows will be charged half the amount of the service for the first offense. Second offense is charged the full amount and is subject to termination to be determined on a case by case basis. | We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before the beginning of your appointment. |

Please let me know if you need to reschedule. I understand life happens and I am very flexible with scheduling.
If you make a habit of no-showing me I will terminate our lash relationship. (This doesn't really ever happen as my clients love their lashes and we respect each other's time. But it has to be said regardless.)
For your convenience, I've opened up online booking. You may book in advance.
Sometimes I will rearrange the schedule for a number of reasons. Filling gaps in my day is usually the reason. If I do this, I'll send you a text asking your approval.
Please show up on time. Again, life happens, I understand, there is always traffic. I'll still take you up to 10 minutes into your appointment time. I will not extend your appointment time, you just have a shorter appointment time. It's only fair. If you know you're going to be late and wish to reschedule so you can get your full appointment time, please text me and I will accommodate.
Please silence your ringer and check for any alarms that may be set.
Please refrain from talking during the service. We can catch up before and after, but during, I need to concentrate on lashing.
Please use the facilities before we get started. Taking a break during the service, while possible, costs you valuable lash time.

Please text me upon your arrival and I will text you to let you know when I'm ready for you to come in. We are not allowing clients to wait inside the building. If you arrive early, please be prepared to wait in your vehicle.
Only one person per service provider is allowed inside the building, so please don't bring your friends or your children.
If you are sick or have experienced any symptoms whatsoever, please stay home.
Between clients, I am sanitizing the room, the bed, every bottle I use, all of the tweezers used, the lamp, the door, my phone, everything in the room is getting wiped down and I'm allowing plenty of time between clients to let the room air out.

First Time Clients:
- MUST book a full set and removal if necessary (I do not work over other artists work)

Scheduling After Hours (after 8pm):
- An additional $25 fee will be added which does NOT go towards your appointment.
- The $25 fee MUST be added at the time you book your appointment

Deposits:
- Deposits are REQUIRED to hold your spot and will go towards your appointment
- Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE
- All transactions and payment information are 100% confidential
- Deposit is placed in agreement that any violation will result in charges and fees. No exceptions will be made on deposits.
- A deposit MUST be maintained for next appointment scheduled; please plan to provide when scheduling

Classes:
- $250 deposit MUST be sent (no later than 5 minutes) after booking, otherwise the class will be canceled. Thank you for respecting my time.

Payments:
- Payment types accepted are Zelle, CASH APP is additional $5 fee & VENMO AT THIS TIME
- No gift cards or checks accepted
- Cash is accepted; however if paying in cash please use exact amount; I do not maintain cash on hand for change.

Refills:
- Minimum of 40% of your eyelash extensions needed--otherwise book a Full Set
- 2-3 Week Refills Only (after 3rd Week = Full Set)
